A ground-up 10,000 square foot bus maintenance facility outfitted with offices, a full kitchen, and break room for the Lewisville Independent School District. The property is located on a 5 acre site and features a 4 bay full service garage, fueling station, and parking for the school buses. The property also features complete irrigation over 4 acres of the site and custom plantings throughout, all of which is surrounded by a brick and wrought iron fence.
