Along with the addition of a wading
pool and Olympic size pool, JC constructed a new 18,000 square
foot addition to the currently existing Senior Citizen Center.
Providing delight to the seniors who enjoy the opportunity for
exercise, relaxation and friendship, the center's experiences were
enhanced with an enlarged greeting area, additional offices,
rest areas, locker rooms and other pleasing amenities.
Transforming the one-story facility
to a model of efficiency, JC ensured the safety of all
individuals utilizing the Center by installing a
state-of-the-art alarm system connecting to the original
existing building. With a public institute like the City of
McKinney, every dollar needs to go as far as possible. This new
facility is a fine example of how teamwork and creativity can
deliver a project that exceeds expectations without exhausting
the budget. |
