Highlights:

Project:  Denton County Fire Marshall’s Office
Client:  Denton County
Architect:  PGAL Architects
Note:  Small amount of land & time frame

Functionality, while capturing the character of the occupants, gave this project its flavor. With limited space and a short timeline to accomplish their goals, JC immediately accomplished the task. By completing total demolition of the inside, installation of walls, work stations, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning as well as computer networking, JC allowed this 911 call center to experience new life with a more purposeful work area.

Creative problem-solving was another key to this success. Facing critical operating space and the demanding schedule of the 911 call center, JC achieved no downtime for the 911 call center employees during the build out stages by relocating divisions from one portion of the building to another as areas were gutted and rebuilt.

The newly renovated space reinforces Denton County’s commitment to the safety of its citizens and employees.
