Highlights:

Project:  New construction of Central Fire Station
Client:  City of Highland Village
Architect:  Kirkpatrick Architect Studio
Note:  On-Time Completion

This three and a half bay fire station totals 15,000 square feet of new construction with a pier and beam supported slab, structural stud and steel walls. The exterior brick and cast stone appearance mimics the scale, materials and architectural details of the surrounding neighborhood.

This station contains an emergency operations center and administrative offices on one side of the bays. Meanwhile the living quarters, which houses a crew of fifteen firefighters and includes private rooms, a large kitchen, weight room, restrooms and a media room, is located on the opposite side of the bays.
