The Wylie Fire Station No. 3 is a state of the art building that is energy efficient, maintenance free, and blends in with the surrounding neighborhood.  This structure consists of concrete, CMU, wood, metal and steel framing, operable windows, brick, with composition and Firestone built roof.  Living quarters were designed to feel like home with all of the same conveniences and additional features to keep the staff well rested, clean, healthy and fit.

Features of this building include:  offices, locker rooms, full kitchen, living quarters, large storage, laundry room, patio with grill, EMT equipment room, fitness room, and a 5 bay garage able to house up to 10 vehicles.  The building is located on a 5 acre lot with outdoor features, such as full landscaping, generator, and parking lot with lighting.
