This newly constructed 38,887 sq. ft. Grand Theater is designed with tilt up concrete walls, CMU and metal studwalls, finished with brick veneer and polished concrete floors. A waterchiller HVAC system ensures a comfortable atmosphere.

Seating 296 people, this beautifuly designed auditorium and stage incorporates an innovative soundsystem theatrical lighting and rigging.

Additional accommodations include dressing rooms, black box theater, offices, display gallery and courtyard.
