City of Plano’s immediate need for an area to perform maintenance on all city vehicles was the main reasoning behind this project. JC skillfully cleared trees and debris, paved the area in concrete and erected bins for the housing of sand and gravel to be utilized by different city entities. In addition, a 10,000 square foot building with offices and vehicle bays equipped with lifts and/or pits was constructed with extreme accuracy and timing.
