Project: Sun Valley Industrial Park

This project was the new construction of 4 separate pre-engineered buildings. These buildings will be used for office/warehouse space and consisted of two 5,000 sqft and two 7,500 sqft buildings. Each building included its own 1,500-2,000 sqft office space. The four (4) buildings are the first of a total of twenty-seven (27) total buildings to be built in this development. The project was partially funded with an Economic Development Grant contingent on the stringent completion date and associated M/WBE participation compliance. Being part of a master plan development, a rigorous schedule was necessary for state funding to be awarded. J.C. Commercial successfully completed the project on time and under budget allowing the owner to receive funding through the Economic Development Grant.
