All new 4,000 sq. ft. building with construction encompassing offices, showers, restrooms and lockers. JC possessed in-house capabilities to provide critical mechanical and electrical systems input, as well as input regarding the long-term maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems. JC worked closely with the project engineers and city facilities staff throughout the design phase to provide life-cycle cost analysis, value engineering and scheduling information.
The new pools and playground area provided enjoyment for the surrounding community with it's beautiful environmental landscaping, lighting and fencing. It's tasteful umbrellas, toys and concrete decking established a generational center for both young and old.
