This remodel of the existing building provided new offices and a place where students can congregate and relax while at school. The serenity room, specifically designed for quiet relaxation, has a sound deafening wall, 10,000 sq. ft. common use area with its own wall of cascading water.

The project was designed for LEED Certification, but through detailed record keeping and recycling of construction materials we were able to assist in the project obtaining a LEED Silver certification.
